The Center for Communication Technology has 100 freshman seats available.  The first priority will be given to those students whose applications are received on or before December 9, 2011.  Students who are invited to join the magnet program will be notified on or before January 6  2012, and they will have until February 2, 2012 to accept or decline their invitation.  At that point, any open spaces will be filled with qualified applications received after December 9, 2011.

All middle school students in the Denver Metro area are welcome to apply to the CCT Magnet. Prospective 9th graders who are accepted to the CCT Magnet at TJ will take our year-long freshman course, Introduction to CCTM, which covers basic concepts and techniques from each of our four major strands:
• Communications Central
• Web Design
• Software Engineering
• 3-D Design
